After discussing your requirements, our care manager will visit at a mutually convenient time to assess the client personally, thus providing our care workers with first-hand knowledge of the clients’ proposed care before commencement.
The care coordinator will then assign the best-suited member of staff for the client and the care will begin on the agreed pre-specified day and time.
The care package is reviewed regularly thereafter.
